How much is shipping?

Shipping in the US is $5 for all orders under $75. Any US orders $75 and up ship FREE! Free shipping discount will show during checkout. International shipping starts at $7. For more shipping related questions, be sure to visit our Shipping Policy.

Products

I live outside of the US. Am I able to purchase Lush Nailz products?

Most of our Lush Nailz acrylic line is available for international customers and can ship outside of the US. However, 4 products are restricted:


- Lush Nailz Acrylic Monomer
- Lush Nailz Nail Prep
- Lush Nailz Nail Primer
- Lush Nailz LED/UV Gel Top Coat

I am shipping outside of the US and I am unable to check out with my current selection of products.

Your cart most likely contains one of the 4 restricted products listed above. Please remove any restricted products and try again. If still unable to checkout, please contact us using the contact form on our website and a representative will assist you ASAP.

Orders

Can I place an order by phone?

At this time, we do not offer ordering by phone and you can only order through our website here at NailFindz.com. However, we make it very easy to order on the computer, or through your tablet or smartphone device. Please view our Contact Us page to speak to us by email if you have any other questions.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After you place your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the email address that was provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, you most likely entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us for assistance.

I already placed my order, but can I change something?

Because orders automatically start processing after being placed, we cannot make any product changes. If you entered your address wrong, contact us IMMEDIATELY. However, we have an extremely fast processing time and unfortunately may not be able to make changes. If your order was already processed and shipped, please contact USPS. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number is then emailed to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, you most likely entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us for assistance. Your order location gets updated by USPS each time it reaches a different facility and when it reaches its final destination and is marked as “delivered”. You can sign up for order status notifications with USPS. 

When will my order ship? How long will it take for me to receive it?

Please view our Shipping Policy located at the bottom left hand side of our site. On it is very detailed and valuable information regarding our shipping policy.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the nature of these items, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please view the rest of our FAQ page for any questions you may have prior to placing an order with us. Feel free to email us at Sales@NailFindz.com if you have any further questions or concerns.

We always have our free shipping discounts all year round. Shipping is free for all US orders $75 and up. My Account

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you do not have to have an account to order from us. You can check out as "guest". However, having an account enables you to view order history, save multiple shipping and/or billing addresses and more.

Can I change my account info?

Yes, you can. When you log into your account, you will be able to view and change account information. However, these changes will not reflect on an order already placed. Please view the order section of this FAQ for our policy regarding order changes.
