Shipping Policy

Shipping

It is important to be aware of our shipping policy before making any purchases.

*We happy to announce that we now offer SAME DAY ORDER PROCESSING! :)

*Orders are *usually* processed within 24 business hours or less. Any orders placed on Friday after 11 am PST/2 pm EST will be shipped on the following Monday. Any orders placed on major holidays will ship the next business day

*If orders are received with a fraud alert, invalid address, or etc., this may delay processing time as we will need to hold your order and contact you to resolve any issues.

*Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that was provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, you most likely entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us for assistance.

Domestic Orders (within the US)

*All orders are shipped First Class USPS from Los Angeles, California. Allow an estimated shipping time of 3 business days. The length of shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US. (However, most of the time it will be 3 business days or less.)

*If it is being claimed that packages have not been received after the 24 business hour processing time PLUS estimated shipping time, the tracking number provided will be checked by us. If USPS has marked the package as "delivered", then we are not held responsible for claims that a package was not received. Contact USPS directly for assistance in this matter.

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

International Orders (outside of the US)

*As we are told by USPS that we are unable to determine the exact length of shipping time, it is estimated that shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks or more.

*If USPS has marked the package as "delivered", then we are not held responsible for claims that a package was not received. Contact USPS directly for assistance in this matter.

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customer is responsible for any cost or issues related to customs.

*Tracking numbers will show as updated when in the US. Once packages leave the US, they usually are not updated until they enter the final city. This period of time will be the majority of the shipping time.
